The software works very well.

It provides a good level of detail and additional context around the issues that need to be fixed, which ones are not as important, and which ones you passes with flying colors.

The reporting function is good but the columns are pretty slim when you export to Word. but I have figured out a way to pull everything into a Google Sheet and I always include the visual sitemap image too.

Pros:

Quick and easy list of items to fix or improve.
Very quick to run a complete report on a site (or at least 500 pages)
Perfect for small business needs

Cons:
Sometimes you get false positives when you are analyzing a site that has more pages than your license allows.
I have found a few sites that the tool can't crawl (must be bot mitigation) but that allows me to add pages manually

Suggestion:
need a way for us to upload a CSV file (multiple pages at once) to give us control over larger sites that we just need to check an example of page types rather than all the pages
would not mind the option to pay $29 to get a single grab of the whole site (like it was with the free trial), rather that telling us to go back to Appsumo to buy more licenses which won't give us the number of pages we need anyway.
