Not the product it used to be. Can no longer download videos and CS is a joke. Still haven't responded after two weeks. Finally had to buy another product. So tired of scam companies doing a number on paying customers.
I've tried a lot of video downloaders but this one works and it is simple. I was frustrated with Movavi and ended up deleting it. and others for Youtube downloading did not work , either. But SnapDownloader works easily and without any hiccups! I appreciate this company very much as I have written their support in the past and they were quick to help and respond.
It's my go to for downloading videos from other sites, mainly Facebook. I switched from Windows to Mac, and it was easy to transfer the license from my old computer to my new one.
This product was easy to use and works exactly as I needed it to. I left a job and needed to capture some of the videos I created and upload to youtube for my future portfolio and was able to easily download them to my mac and add them to my own portfolio. Will recommend to anyone looking for a video download tool.
A tidy little app which runs well. The GIF feature was a welcome surprise.
Given a lot of downloader tools are web based these days I thought the license might be allowed on 2 computers... so was a little disappointed when I went to install it on my 2nd computer and learnt it's 1 code per system.
I contacted support to ask about a discount on registering a second computer as their site offers licensing for 3 computers for $70.
They told me I would need to buy a second code ($60 total).
'Ahhh, no thanks.'
If a company doesn't offer discounts for multiple licenses that's fine, but to offer a discount on 3 but not 2... is a lose/lose.
