I bought the lifetime deal which worked for a year and then suddenly the bots stopped working. There was no response at all from the developers, CEO, nothing. In fact, if you check their Facebook page, or the reviews on google, you will notice several comments about the same issue. If they ever come back to AppSumo, stay away, because they will disappear, and if your business relies on this tool, you are over. I had to remake all the bots one by one because, with no prior notice, they just stopped working. No matter how good the deal is, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Initially happy to have found a solution, now disappointed
I purchased this tool last year in December and it worked perfectly. I logged in to create a new campaign, the entire site got refreshed and I found it easier to navigate. Then after creating the campaign for comment to DM it sent back to back messages after the replied. That would have been fine to have a bug I completely understand but after turning it off...it continued. Now I have been waiting for over a month to hear back from support to see how to fix it. There is no useable documentation and now I am unable to use the tool until they update or get back to me in support. I had high hopes but now its another tool that dropped the ball.
This is a tool that I came on late to find, but am loving how it looks to work for multiple social accounts and a great number of platforms. Being able to put together my many Facebook pages into automation for customer service and other aspects of running a business has been made much easier because of SocialNowa.
There is a ton of versatility with their templates and features that make them unique. It's definitely not "just another chatbot" given the functionality that exists and continues to improve.
I am certain that SocialNowa is going to be a big deal in the overall marketplace sooner than later, so highly recommend everyone picks this up before it's too late!
I'm happy with my purchase, the team seems to be active and committed to building the tool, which I know will become very rewarding in no distant time.
