Even if its just 49$, I urge you to stay away. You can rather buy something for yourself (such as a cup of coffee), or another tool where they actually respond to you or you know that are ACTUALLY working.

I bought this tool (the 16th of Dec) with high hopes that the tool worked. Well, I never got that far. I made a mistake of not saving my password. So I had to reset my password.

I dont know why its not sending me the "forgot password" email. But it doesnt matter, as the support is as low quality. And none of their emails are working or out of order of some sort.

I tried the following emails that I found different places such as, the questions page (and on Appsumo page where you redeem the code) and their website:

Address not found
Your message wasn't delivered to support@splitstack.co because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail.
(The response from the remote server was: 550 5.1.0 Recipient rejected:)

Last email I used (2nd of January) was:
robert@treeecommercegroup.com that I think I found around on their website. It seems to be working but Iam not getting any response. Not very serious for someone who wants to sell a product, and it dont put a good light on Appsumo either as they accept these kind of vendors.

Iam kind of happy that this happened now before the 60 day trial has run out. That way I can see that their support is bad. Which is bad if they have a good product.

Now it has gone more than 10 days since last email. And we are now "passed" it is still Christmas.

Appsumos Guidelines for product reviews:

Please review the product you're purchasing, not the terms of the deal.
Add value when leaving a review.
Try the product before reviewing it!

I guess that unlimited support for the product also should include in this deal. Which till now it has not.

2nd: And I dont think I will get any good support either after I have "gotten to use the product". Dont seem like they are interested in any new customers.

I am an avid Appsumoling - spent and used many deals over the years.

I've been after something just like SplitStack for quite some time (without the huge costs) and was excited to get into it.

I hit a stumbling block where the Appsumo code was not working on their system, this issue took some days to resolve as support was a little slow to respond... but it's ok, we got there in the end.

The platform is simple and easy to use, and the documentation provided is well detailed. I set up all my test pages and followed the instructions for installing the tracking pixels.

I got as far as getting the URL to split traffic to my test pages but for some reason, the pixel is not firing on the thank you page - even though it is present.

Support has been more than unhelpful, I emailed over a month ago to get help with this. The first and only response from Robert said:

It sounds like there is an issue with the pixel not being installed on the page the conversions are tracked, we are running experiments and not seeing issues with the conversion tracking on our side.
Let me know if you are able to troubleshoot it.

Well that's the thing, I followed the documentation and still couldn't troubleshoot it. So I emailed Robert back to get some further help, but no reply. And no replies to my follow up emails either.

I'm aware that SplitStack acquired this software and are having issues with "ironing the kinks out". Whatever the issue is, this doesn't mean support can ignore customers.

I hope that this gets seen by the team and someone can reach out and resolve this because I do really want to use SplitStack.

I just got it today. And I impressed. Finding the page that convert better has never been this easy. Just create two pages. Add script. Connect your custom domain and you are ready to go.

V. handy and useful tool.
I was looking for something like that some time ago and was happy to see Splitstack on AS. If you want to perform split test in an easy and fast manner, this tool is for you.

Plus, you're getitng as well necesary stats.

A great product to implement split testing with URLS and landing pages, much easier than any other software I have used previously (and I have tried ALOT). Reporting metrics are also accurate and easy to understand. You can also use their code to track conversions on your landing pages, which has been a lifesaver for our company as we no longer have faith in using Facebook Pixel (Since IOS updates and Upcoming Google changes). The fact that SplitStack has essentially future proofed their offering by making it serverside (Cookieless) means that you also don't have to have any disclaimers or pop ups on your landing pages, as well as preparing for the upcoming changes on Google. Overall, a great product, I am lucky that I came across it on Appsumo. Support is amazing, it is great to talk to people who created a product to first service their own needs, then decided to release the product to the world to help other companies. Do NOT miss out on this deal!
