Stay Away

Even if its just 49$, I urge you to stay away. You can rather buy something for yourself (such as a cup of coffee), or another tool where they actually respond to you or you know that are ACTUALLY working.

I bought this tool (the 16th of Dec) with high hopes that the tool worked. Well, I never got that far. I made a mistake of not saving my password. So I had to reset my password.

I dont know why its not sending me the "forgot password" email. But it doesnt matter, as the support is as low quality. And none of their emails are working or out of order of some sort.

I tried the following emails that I found different places such as, the questions page (and on Appsumo page where you redeem the code) and their website:

support@splitstack.co

Address not found
Your message wasn't delivered to support@splitstack.co because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail.
(The response from the remote server was: 550 5.1.0 Recipient rejected:)

Last email I used (2nd of January) was:
robert@treeecommercegroup.com that I think I found around on their website. It seems to be working but Iam not getting any response. Not very serious for someone who wants to sell a product, and it dont put a good light on Appsumo either as they accept these kind of vendors.

Iam kind of happy that this happened now before the 60 day trial has run out. That way I can see that their support is bad. Which is bad if they have a good product.

Now it has gone more than 10 days since last email. And we are now "passed" it is still Christmas.

Appsumos Guidelines for product reviews:

Please review the product you're purchasing, not the terms of the deal.
Add value when leaving a review.
Try the product before reviewing it!

I guess that unlimited support for the product also should include in this deal. Which till now it has not.

2nd: And I dont think I will get any good support either after I have "gotten to use the product". Dont seem like they are interested in any new customers.
