10,000 users is a very low limit. You can check previous email services listed on appsumo and they've all had better starting limits and the option to stack as well. Right now, there is another similar LTD going on AS marketplace called "drrrip' with 50k leads and its connects to mailgun, SES integration under evaluation and sendgrid planned next. Would you be considering updating the deal?
