I'm still not clear how it is with users / guests / guest viewers? Can I invite as many guest viewers as I want, but a maximum of 3 guest collaborators? The 3 guest viewers can be given permissions, right? what permissions can be given? Guest viewers can either create an account via invite links and then access the boards or there is a direct link. Did I understand that correctly? All of course in the boards that the admin creates. I realize by now that anything else would require the team plan. It would be nice if I could clarify the questions in advance - thanks.

May 14, 2024A: Sorry for the confusion. The 3-guest limit is specific to the $5/month plan offered on our site. Under the AppSumo subscription, each board has an upper limit of 20 guest invites. Guests can be given permission to edit, comment-only, or view-only.
Once you've invited a member and added their permission, the board will appear in their "Shared with me" list on their home page. They'll also get an email with the direct link to the board, and you can also share the direct link to the board with them yourself by copying the url from your browser.

This is very helpful, thanks. So regardless of the permission level (viewer, commenter, editor) there is room for maximum 20 guests. For example there can be a maximum of 20 view-only users on the project if invited privately. And then for more than 20, the admin can share the board publicly in which case no commenting or editing will be available but unlimited viewers can view the board without signing in. Can you confirm if I got it right? Thanks

Oh, and are those 20 unique guests per board? Or the entire account? E.g. can I have 20 guests on one board and have another entirely different 20 guests on another board?
