Q: stacking would be fantastic to increase the limit of Guest collaborators.
There are 20 unique per board if each additional code would bring +20 unique guest collaborators with it would be fantastic. it would still be the individual plan and basically only one user/admin. But it would really mean a big difference for many here. We've had a lot of course apps in the last few months and I'd love to find my own Trello replacement. One admin is enough here, but if I invite course participants to a board and want to make the board accessible only to them I need the Guest collaborators. right? Or have I overlooked something and there is a way to basically protect a board with a password as well? I mean that instead of a public link I would have the option to share a link but in addition a password must be entered. So a master password for each board individually. That would also be a help. Is there such a function?

Thanks for adding this use case. Can you share a little more on what kind of access you would want the 40-50 people to have? i.e. should they be able to edit/add to anything they like, or just modify specific items/attributes?
You bring up some good points about having a password option - I'll share that idea with the team so we can consider it for a future update.
I'm curious about your use case - how many people would you typically have editing or viewing a board? (Most of our plans are aimed at small teams, so it's helpful to hear what other folks are looking for)
i can go into some detail here. first of all, a password would add another layer of security here. i don't always want to share the board with everyone who gets the link through a third party or finds it by accident. Here simply a password would bring a security. This would work for me.
If I develop a course that goes over a few months I can use a Trello board to visualize the course better. There is the possibility here, for example, homework or other information such as book recommendations, etc. very nicely summarized. Of course, the whole thing also works in most course apps or as a pdf. But not as visually and conveniently as in a Trello-like board. a quick overview and still the possibility to accommodate a lot of information. Therefore, it would be nice to have an unlimited number of accesses but protected by a password. for a high-priced course, there are certainly no more than 40 users. But if it is a very cheap course, the number of participants can be larger.
Another possibility would be to create a board for each user individually. So to speak, to copy a master board for each course and make this available to each course participant. But this would probably end up in chaos. Not to mention an enormous administrative effort. But it would also have the effect that each course participant could be picked up even better in the learning process, especially in premium courses with automations I could also imagine something really great here. I guess that's not really the intended use of subtask but I'm starting to like the idea.
In any case, the password thing would be a very important actually even essential measure to protect the content. As I said, even if I invite only viewing users, I think it needs a protection here. So you can also limit the access time. I could store the password in the learning portal of the course and after 1 or 2 months simply assign a new one and can still use the same link.
So please a 5-fold vote for this feature on the roadmap for me!!!!
@_SebastianB_ Thanks for the detailed context. A password option makes total sense there. I'll add it to our list to get into the app.

I think this could well be used by a teacher or trainer. If the contributor can be increased to 40 or 50 i think that'd be ideal and cover most use cases. Even on some projects, it's not uncommon to have around 30 to 40 teams participating, especially in a UAT or training scenarios.
