I've try so many project management tools and substask is very easy to understand and easy to use. It's like crello but with more variation to use.

The best project management tool in existence... Period!
Ask yourself... Do you want to get things done in the most organized, efficient, and effective way possible??? If that is you... then SubTask is your tool.
Most project managment tools bog you down with so many settings and options that "most" people spend more time in the tool than "Getting Things Done"(what real successful people do). I am talking to you PLutio, Agiled, Ora, Asana, Monday, ClickUp, StartInfinity... Stop being sold on bloat and use tools that actually help you get the most important things done for you business to succeed.
Subtask is in a league of it's own... "Trello on steroids" one user commented... and it is plus so much more.
Also, you can easily add 20 people per license per board as contributors. Really great AppSumo offer. I think they could clarify this in the decsription and that would probably increase sales significantly.
In a nutshell, the best, the easiest, and the most effective Project?Task mangement tool ever offered on AppSumo. Get it. You will love it. :)
I started off with Nifty which I loved but had to switch to Beesbusy because of Nifty's poor Gantt features for timeline planning.
Beesbusy is great but when you do project brainstorming, it's hard because subtasks are limited.
In comes Subtask. The drag and drop interface is a breeze to use. You start off with creating your tasks lists on your project board, then you can plan them out on the timeline using the timeline view just by dragging and dropping each task on to your timeline.
Then you assign people or roles to your task using the assignments view. Super easy.
My only disappointment is that it does not allow you to create project templates to reuse project boards by changing the start or end date and have all your dates recalculate. Asana, Beesbusy and Nifty all do this. You're giving up an important feature when you make the switch.
I hope they add this to their roadmap. That would make it near perfect!
Subtask is the hidden gem in personal and team productivity
A submarine allows you to dive deep under the surface of the sea. Subtask provides you with the means to dive under stress and into a task. It will enable you to group tasks together, break them down into smaller subtasks, and easily rearrange by dragging & dropping anywhere.
The ability to switch views to view tasks organized by status, calendar dates immediately and assigned team members helps see the bigger picture on one screen.
I’ve been using Subtask for personal productivity and love the integrations with Google Calendar, Slack and Trello.
I’ve tried too many productivity tools, going back and forth with experiments. I know a gem when I see one, and this time did not hesitate to grab Subtask at this very affordable price point.
