I had a great idea about system statuses and the developer implemented the same day! Can't beat that for great support. With a little more options and tweaks here and there this will be the BEST repair tracking system to have for your repair business. I have been using their free tier for a little while, happy to see a LTD. The team seems like they are responsive and trying to accommodate client requests.
I have 2 months to return it with AppSumo, I don't think I will be.. cheers

Hello, I don't often review software on AppSumo. I wanted to say; I like it.
I handle repairs & mods for a shop, it does what it claims... not much more I can say about repair tracking software ;)
In addition, Matthew and the developer seem to be very responsive with issues and features being rolled out... which is great.
