Q: hi textsniper!
Was so excited when I saw some zonal OCR function here "Just hit CMD+SHIFT+2, select the screen area and the text will be recognized and copied to the clipboard. So simple!" are there any plans for a template function for these zones e.g. to only scan certain areas of a document into fields in the future?

Thank you for your feedback. By the way, it's a good suggestion and we will definitely think about it. In the meantime, you can try the Capture Last Selection option. It will be useful if you need to capture text constantly from the same screen area. To use it you will need to set up a custom shortcut (TextSniper Settings > Shortcuts). I hope this helps as well.
