Q: I'm looking to buy a graphics program and am debating between yours and four others on Appsumo.
As far back as December 12th, 2022, there are unanswered questions. How will customer service be after purchase if it is this bad before purchase?

I know, I humbly apologize for the delayed responses here on AppSumo.
I just get so busy I forget to actually log in and check this area of the site!
It doesn't mean I'm not still working hard on the app, and customer support on my own site... it's just that - well, I simply forget to login and look to see what new comments have popped up.
I'll do better. :)
