O.G. SaaS: Laughingbird is SUPER L-E-G-E-N-D-A-R-Y In The 'SaaS' Game! πŸ™ Put Some Respect On Their Name...LOL:)

I believe the year was '04 (I'm giving up my age, I know...lol), and I created websites on Microsoft Frontpage. I needed a way to churn out logos quickly (I didn't have time to sit there with Photoshop or Illustrator -- I had the books for dummies on my bookshelf but was NOT about to play around with those programs at the time). And I couldn't afford to pay $175 each time for a person to create logos for my different sites (back then, if you wanted a good logo, you had to pay -- there was no Canva, no Fiverr). Laughingbird to the rescue, and I believe the software is STILL downloaded on one of my old PCs at my mother's house. WOW! I hired programmers to create a flip page magazine for me, but I still needed to create my own websites, and they needed logos.

Laughingbird brings back memories of nostalgia, and I'm HAPPY to see their evolution -- they have TRULY evolved. Someone asked if they were going to update their UX, but the truth is that it wouldn't be Laughingbird if it did not have the feeling that it has. Honestly, I have EVERY Canva 'clone' you can think of (including a few Canva Pro accounts), and I'm getting sick of the 'cookie cutter' designs for some of the content (when you look out on specific social media sites, you see the SAME DESIGNS). With book covers, I might stick to Canva-type programs, or Affinity/Adobe programs, etc., but for everything else, I think I want to take it back to the essence, and Laughingbird will do just that.

I'm shocked I found this on here as it is under another name in the title, but sometimes I find myself 'rummaging' through AS -- I've seen a few fantastic programs this way. I jumped for joy (OK, not literally), but I smiled from ear to ear (it was another no-brainer for me). I've only made a few no-brainer purchases while being on AS. I mean where I did not hesitate to purchase.

The only 'con' was the registration process with this AS deal, but Marc squared it away for me within the same day, so it was smooth sailing after that.

Marc and Lisa seem like people with awesome vibes, and it shows through what they've created. Laughingbird is for the FUN in you -- not the stuffiness. They have a business card maker (and a few 'serious' type elements), but I think their overall mission is ease, joy, and happiness when creating. I would highly recommend Laughingbird to EVERYONE who needs graphics -- it's worth putting in your creative design arsenal. I'm not saying leave Canva, because I'll probably NEVER leave Canva (even with all its clones popping up), but Laughingbird is TRUE TO THE GAME, and they stay in their lane -- LOVE IT! Thank you so much for hitting up these AppSumo 'streets.' I appreciate it!!!
