Q: My Plan 2 purchase
How can I activate the remaining 9 domains included in my Plan 2 purchase? Right now only 1 domain is unlocked and I can work with it. Tell me what to do, I have activated my both licenses from Plan 2.

It's on that page that you use your Link Chest credits to activate the Link Chest on any project.
