I usually come back to AppSumo to check to remind me of what LTD limits I have.

Q: I bought the LTD and cannot find the deal page to reference the instructions on how to redeem the codes.

If I remember correctly, there were questions (and answers given) but alas, that pade has disappeared! And it looks as if the vendor is not even checking this page to answer questions/objections. :-(

Your response to our questions and comments here are greatly appreciated... So much that I'm actually considering having the AppSumo team remove my posts hereunder. I don't want to hinder your making additional sales or success moving forward. Rather, I'm only hoping for 'a genuine response' to a 'fair question' based upon my years of experience at AppSumo, having purchased over 200 deals.

Now, while I do completely understand your bare bones marketing approach, the following question still remains. And out of 'mutual respect' for all participating members and sellers alike, indeed still merits an answer:

If you don't mind my asking, why would you dramatically change your pricing tiers without making a last call based upon your previous pricing, for a limited time (typically 24-36 hours) for AppSumo Plus Members?

I assure you, this is not a dig, and there's no disrespect. It's just that being an AppSumo Plus Member really means something to some of us. And not necesssarily because AppSumo Plus is a paid subscription. Rather, but because of the sense of community and obligation to outstanding values. In other words, those of us who uphold AppSumo community values, for the lack of a better way to put it, simply deserve a better explanation for the sudden shift in pricing, outside of:

'Now we are focusing towards recurring module to build our MRR/ARR,' ...okay?

As mentioned, if I'm satisfied with your response, I'll have my posts removed by the AppSumo team. But please keep in mind, having extended your offer for just 2 or 3 days for Plus Members would not have disrupted your entire MMR effort, if just a handful of Plus Members had taken you up on the offer. So what's really going on?

Q: Well, this is very unfortunate πŸ˜• I had Topic Mojo bookmarked to buy.

And I was only waiting to make this purchase because I've been off work for the past couple of months and the holidays are bearing down upon us. So I've been checking this deal on a regular basis to ensure that its status didn't change, I didn't miss it, etc.

And now this! β€” For Topic Mojo to be marked up to a staggering $474 for an annual subscription, from just $49 for the LTD 'under my financial circumstances,' is nothing short of disheartening. (SMH) Nonetheless, I'm sure that many other Sumo-lings share the sentiment as well, when I say that "Even a Plus Member status mean nothing to this seller."

That said, it is well known among AppSumo community members that post-sale, sellers move their deals to a Plus Member only status, thereby signifying the end of their previous pricing, and to give those willing to upgrade to a Plus Membership a last chance to buy. In other words, 'Other sellers' are doing things the right way. And if when a seller doesn't uphold AppSumo community values, it raises questions about why he's even participating.

Mr. Seller, please keep in mind that while you're garnering support for your application here, Sumo-lings are more than just stepping stones to your success. So could you please reconsider your current pricing... at least for a limited time period?
