Your response to our questions and comments here are greatly appreciated... So much that I'm actually considering having the AppSumo team remove my posts hereunder. I don't want to hinder your making additional sales or success moving forward. Rather, I'm only hoping for 'a genuine response' to a 'fair question' based upon my years of experience at AppSumo, having purchased over 200 deals.
Now, while I do completely understand your bare bones marketing approach, the following question still remains. And out of 'mutual respect' for all participating members and sellers alike, indeed still merits an answer:
If you don't mind my asking, why would you dramatically change your pricing tiers without making a last call based upon your previous pricing, for a limited time (typically 24-36 hours) for AppSumo Plus Members?
I assure you, this is not a dig, and there's no disrespect. It's just that being an AppSumo Plus Member really means something to some of us. And not necesssarily because AppSumo Plus is a paid subscription. Rather, but because of the sense of community and obligation to outstanding values. In other words, those of us who uphold AppSumo community values, for the lack of a better way to put it, simply deserve a better explanation for the sudden shift in pricing, outside of:
'Now we are focusing towards recurring module to build our MRR/ARR,' ...okay?
As mentioned, if I'm satisfied with your response, I'll have my posts removed by the AppSumo team. But please keep in mind, having extended your offer for just 2 or 3 days for Plus Members would not have disrupted your entire MMR effort, if just a handful of Plus Members had taken you up on the offer. So what's really going on?
