Value for money

If u want to measure productivity of the remote or office employee, time tracking against the project and task….is the best approach. this is the tool everyone of us need. It does what it claims to do…..best value for what we pay to be an early bird. The tool works without any bugs so far after configuration and using the tool.

One improvement I will suggest is to allow staff level ROLES restrictions for some of the Global Organisation settings.

For e.g. how to enable screen snapshot capturing for an employee who has Manager Role when “screenshot capturing“ is disabled for Manager Role in global setting?

Thank you very much! In the global settings, you should enable screenshots, which you can then turn on/off for each role you have. In other words, if you need screenshots for at least one user role, you should enable this feature globally. User roles are not used in global settings.

The app doesn't sync with other apps but works fine

Good app but not enough compared to "toggle track".

The main and important thing that is missing in the application is an API for synchronization with other applications. This makes work very difficult and does not allow the data to sync automatically to other applications such as Google Sheets, Calender, Make, Zapier...

Another important feature that is missing is a widget for iPhone and Android that allows you to easily start and stop the timer.

After using both this application and "toggl track", I feel that using the "toggl track" application is much simpler, much more intuitive and much more convenient for work and transferring tasks from external applications into the application

Thank you for your feedback. Toogl Track is quite different and doesn't offer any user monitoring functionality. It's also pricey; many of the features we offer are available there at a minimum of $18/user/month. We also have many improvements planned, and of course, integrations. But, let's be honest, once all that is ready, we won't offer LTDs. So, it's your chance to get a great deal before...

Great product

The product does well for the most part, we are tracking our staff with ease. The onboarding process was smooth and didn't require technical knowledge or spreadsheeting. Thank you for the app. There can be some hiccups with the server but it will work as is.

At first I had trouble with the hours not calculating but I came to realize my employee start date was incorrect caused a difference in a days work, It fixed it once we set the start date back a day.

While there are probably better solutions for contractors and piece meal projects, we're using Trackabi to manage VAs in our ecommerce business and we love the time reporting feature to accurately track payroll hours. Screenshots keep employees honest and we can inspect if they're working or using apps they shouldn't during work hours. Thank you.

Great app!

Great app for keeping tabs on our remote team overseas. It captures everything we need, like screenshots and details on apps used, URLs opened, productive/unproductive time, and activity score. Generating reports and invoices for clients is a breeze! It's got all the bases covered!

Disappointed with Trackabi – Manual Calculations Required

Adding stuff here as the founder decided to call me a liar. On September 6 you responded to me saying: Hello Cesar,

It's not calculated automatically because the difference between the start and end time is not always the same as the time worked because there can be pauses.

Originar Review: I had high hopes for Trackabi, but unfortunately, it fell far short of my expectations. One of the core features I needed was accurate and automatic calculation of hours worked. Shockingly, Trackabi doesn’t do this—it leaves you to manually calculate everything yourself.

This completely defeats the purpose of using a time-tracking tool. Isn’t automation the whole point? I don’t have the time to sit with a calculator to figure out my team’s hours, and frankly, there are other apps out there that offer this functionality seamlessly.

As it stands, Trackabi feels incomplete and, dare I say, useless for anyone who needs real-time, hassle-free time management. I regret my purchase and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone until they fix this glaring issue.

Nonsense. You say black is white. Have you even used it? Trackabi has a dashboard with summaries for time worked and time billed and data per client and project. There is a very detailed Insights section where you can view total logged time, wages based on employee rates, billable time, and billable amounts for the entire account and per user.
