I've been using Trackabi for around a year now, and overall, my experience has been positive. The platform offers a lot of useful features for time tracking and remote team management at a very reasonable price.

The tracker app did have some bugs at times, but what I appreciate is that the team continuously works on improvements and regularly updates the platform. Development may feel a bit slow occasionally, but they are clearly committed to making the product better over time.

After looking so long and trying many different solutions, I landed on Trackabi for almost a year ago. And since then, it is my agency's everyday used software.

From time tracking to employee leave management, everything is there. The Trackabi desktop time tracker app also works flawlessly.
Moreover, it also have the GPS tracking in phone devices, good reporting system and etc.

We have been using Trackabi for a few months now and it has helped us be more efficient at tracking our billable time vs. non-billable time which has increased our billable hours. I wish we had started using trackabi sooner. There are a few tweaks that I would like to be made but they are no hindering our use of the platform. Their support is responsive and we've been able to automate the addition of new clients directly through Zapier which is great. I only wish we could add projects to those clients through Zapier.
