Could I use it to get payments for a course? And what is the payments gateway? Are you considering Mollie for iDeal payments?
And where is the personal data of the students stored. Would be great for me if it would be in the EU as recent rulings on GDPR seems to be demanding that.

Yes you can take payments for your course. We use Stripe with Stripe connect as our payment gateway. We are not considering Mollie but I believe iDeal can be added to Stripe as well
