Q: Hello Dominic, I have purchased this and still learning to use it.

It is certainly interesting.

However, I was reading about some of features wishlist in the comment section but your responses have confused me more.

Primarily I am looking for Custom Domain feature for my courses. I read in the website FAQ that it's available for users and can be activated by emailing you. There was no mention of any extra charge for paid members. I also read in the comment section multiple times that Custom Domains/CNAME is included with this AppSumo Deal and you can activate it by emailing you at dom@traverse.link ( Screenshot: https://a.cl.ly/d5uAmPBd )

In response to another question about using 5 different domains for 5 different courses, you said that multiple custom domains could be added ( Screenshot: https://a.cl.ly/E0uAw4d4 ) with no mention of any additional charge for this.

However, in some other response, you said that it generally costs $30 per month ( not sure who in the whole world pay this much just for enabling CNAME ), but it appeared that you woul ask for some payment to enable CNAME option ( Screenshot - https://a.cl.ly/wbu6nKyW )

You somewhere mentioned that there is a white-label feature too for Enterprise users. At someone's request, you said that you are looking into allowing stacking this deal to get tenterprise feature unlocked.

This isn't very clear. Maybe initially, you were unsure whether to allow CNAME with this AppSumo plan or not.. and later decided to include this. Right?

Anyways, I really want you to make up your mind and resolve this issue forever. Else, you will unnecessarily face a lot of backlash because of this confusion.

First of all please explain what do you mean by White label feature which you may include by stacking of codes? I understand that the CNAME will remove your domain URL with ours.. but what additional features will we receive after unlocking white label feature?

Regarding CNAME. I understand that currently you have to do manual work for enabling CNAME for each course. So, it can not be offered unlimited. So, for now, you can clearly state that with this currently AppSumo plan, you can allow max. 3 or 5 custom domains... something like this. For enabling each additional custom domain, you can take aone-time charge of $30 ( or so) for your manual effort. However, in future, when you can automate this CNAME feature, you can include this feature with our AppSumo plan.. or may again ask for any specific one-time charge for enabling this feature for unlimited domains.

Also, I will too request you to white-label enterprise plan by stacking one or more codes. To make the white label feature lucrative, you can reduce the 10% commission to 5% or 7% ( something lower)

So, kindly think of all this. I see your tool has great potential. In fact, it can be an alternative to https://appsumo.com/products/spayee/ in some way. But a lot of things are not clear in terms

A: Sorry to have confused you!

CNAME is a feature I implemented after the AppSumo deal went live. Before that it was manual hence my mention of $30. Now it's automated and included in the deal, you just need to drop me an email at dom@traverse.link and I'll activate it for you (and yes you can use different domains for different courses).

I'm currently still working on white-label. As this is still manual for now you'll need to send me an email at dom@traverse.link and we can work out a price. Once this is automated too, we'll add it to the deal through code-stacking. The additional features for whitelabel (compared to just CNAME) would be replacing the logo, restricting access to other courses in the app, and eventually also customizing the reminder emails.

Your mention about reducing commissions makes sense as well, I'll consider including this for the whitelabel feature as well.

I hope that clarifies things, let me know if anything is still unclear!
