Kick all of your LMS down

This is the best LMS deal ever ...

Heights and Gurucan can be shy next to it.
Zettelkasten meets Anki ... It gives Traverse link.

Minimalist design, maximalist value.

I rarely give out 5 tacos ...

It IS NOT INCENTIVIZED THANK YOU !

It's great to experience products that are capable of genuinely changing the online learning landscape and with sound thinking behind them. In my humble opinion Traverse.Link is one of them. Traverse.Link + it's community = A different trajectory

I'm enjoying the lack of clutter, UI that supports focus, user engagement and models from the start what can be created once you know how easy the tools are. When the UI is clean and understated and you're just focusing on the doing/creating you know you haven't fallen for smoke and mirrors. Looking forward to how this tool grows and learning more of the test cases.

More than minimalist

The author seems like a genuinely nice guy; the emails you get from him show that he is really doing this for the best possible reasons. However, the current features cannot justify the price. For $90 you basically get a tree map. The flash cards are more than simple, there's only text entry. The UI is more than simple as well. I would really like to love this product but this is just not enough. Compared with what other deals provide (in terms of how many features, and how polished they are) this is barely worth $15 at the current stage but more importantly it's not worth my time. I am getting a refund, sorry.

Sorry to hear this Vuk. Maybe the minimalist interface has hidden some of the features. If you use the + button in front of new line, there are options for uploading audio, video, embedding tables and many other options, so there is much more than just text entry. If there were any other features you were missing as well I'd love to hear about that too

Science-Backed Learning Model

I love seeing an LMS that puts a science-base approach at the forefront of their app.

I really like their mind-map-esque course design tool. It's a welcome change from most other LMS lesson editors that lack a birds-eye view and navigate more similarly to a Wordpress blog editor than a thought out web of interconnected subtopics.

Something else to note: I usually don't find the drip campaign tutorials/ideas helpful when I get a new tool–I learn much more quickly by exploring and testing (hence why I'm here on Appsumo!)–but the first few emails from Traverse have been great. I especially enjoyed learning about how others have thought about course design and structure. It gave me immediate ideas to apply to my own course.

Excellent Learning System !

I have been using mind maps for quite some time and was looking for an LTD option, but once I found out that Traverselink can actually double up as an academy for sharing and selling my courses I had to try it.

Dom the founder is a very dedicated and knowledgeable professional, we had a 1 on 1 on zoom this past weekend and not only he answered all my questions but he was very interested in my feedback, I trust him and his team will keep working on the application.

I know there are a few very positive surprises coming up, which I can't reveal but one I can for sure let you know is that soon Konnectzit is working with the Traverselink team to make the webhooks deliver awesome data to your other favourite apps!!

Get it while is here!!

A better way to Learn! 5 tacos all the way...

This is an interesting tool. I've got FreshLMS and Spayee from Appsumo but Traverse Link is something else.

You can built a course or make a library of notes and readings using this tool. It's not difficult and anyone can get the hang of this in 15-20 minutes if they try.

You can embed videos and links easily but watch the limit to their storage (my only grouse).

The best feature for me is that you can take any 10,000 word article and make it into a "course" with very little effort. No recommending that you take other people's work and start charging for it but I find it a wonderful way to share and generate more leads.

Yeah, grab this while it's available still. It's one of a kind.

A Powerful Fun to use LMS

The UI is minimal, clean and easy to use. This is a great way to train a team and you can also create a great income from it as you open up your academy of training. I will continue to support & HIGHLY recommend this tool. The power to bring the online learning platform, class room & knowledge center together in one place is priceless.

A LMS to Learn and To Teach

It's said that to become a good teacher, you first have to be a good student. The system, Traverse.link, is designed to quickly learn new topics and to teach the same material to others.

I love creating mind maps for complex topics because I can break them down into sections and then remember what I learn better. The same approach can be used to help others learn more quickly.

Now that I've had a chance to utilize this new learning methodology for a couple of weeks, I'm very pleased with it. This process made me a better learner and helped me to teach more effectively. I recommend trying this app for a couple of months and then evaluating whether it is something that helps you learn faster.

Don't hesitate to give it a shot if you have a need to learn new things frequently. Your brain will thank you.

Innovative LMS

There’s a lot to love about Traverse, the simplicity, the speed of course development, Dom’s passion for learning, the system stability…

I own a lot of LMS LTDs, I’m most excited about Traverse.

Linking Brain Connections for Better Learning

Simplicity is one of the cornerstone I teach my coaching clients and that's what I really like like about Traverse.link.

They have limited time, and so so I, so this cuts the content to the essentials, and accelerates their desire to check in and 'learn;.

I'm therefore working on all my content and lessons to make it even more simple and cut out what's not necessary. Which, when it comes to learning and application, is absolutely essential. And the feedback from my initial clients who have tested it, really like the simplicity too.

It's not only a course platform, it is system based on scientific learning that helps students learn and teachers teach.

The review cards system is impressively simple that helps increase memory recall.

Dom is a visionary, follows up with customers and has added many new features and added value every week so far, best though is he is actively asking for feedback to make it even better. That's what I like to see with Founders and small startups.

You've got everything you need, mindmaps, unlimited courses, students, flashcards, secret links, audio and video.

What it doesn't have... Everything you don't need lol.

Excited to see this evolve.

Leverage Online Course Constructions to New Levels

I Absolutely Love this concept. Tried a Lot of SAAS LMS software including some WP alternatives but what I needed was fast deployment of Ideas and blueprints into learning modules that would not overwhelm the student. Enter my dream "Traverse.link". The Foundation of it all is Knowledge (Organization), Understanding, Memorizing and Application.

We all love the concept of lifelong learning. The idea of learning something new everyday is very empowering. But the problem is, not enough time in the day. It is not possible to learn everything. It is difficult to know which courses to take to meet our career aspirations and how do we then share our knowledge as an added income stream? . It is hard to keep track of all this. And often we end up wasting time, trying to find the best SAAS tools for us to use without knowing which ones are actually the best in their class.

When we talk about education we talk about teaching and learning. Most teaching and learning is done with video and audio with article backup. The question is, "where is the technology that will allow me to teach and learn as if I am there, as if I am with the student?" Traverse.link builds upon this foundation of mastering skillsets in easy chunks that will be remembered forever.

The biggest challenge educators face is building a course that provides enough knowledge to be useful to the student but doesn't overwhelm them. The answer is to provide information in small digestible chunks using Traverse. The educator must also provide the student with the tools they need to absorb the information. What's even more challenging is to give students the tools they need to take the information they've learned and apply it to real world situations. This is exactly what makes Traverse.link unique. It's not only a Learning Management System (LMS), but also a Virtual Study Hall via a clever Mindmap/Blueprint eco system

Highly recommended & fits in wonderfully to other brain trust ideas I have moving forward. Thank you OP & AS for bringing this deal to this platform. Fully stacked.

A great tool for learning equipped with scientific backed Space Repetition Method

I am happy to came across Traverse.link in Appsumo. I use notetaking app such as Nimbus, and space repetition tool such as Anki. Traverse.link makes a perfect combination of both.

I can get the context of what I am learning with Traverse.link's mindmap, and have a bird's eye of what I am going to learn or what I have learnt. So when I setup a question for my study, if I get the answer wrong, I could instantly go back to that context of knowledge to find out why I am wrong, and what I need to remember more.

In the future, if there's a particular subject or skill which I would like to learn, I would put it in Traverse.link first, instead of just spreading the note across my notetaking app.

I am thrilled about traverse.link, and is very excited for it's future. Especially if it would be available on IOS system. Then we would be able to study and learn where ever we want to.
Please keep up the good development of this great tool!

Elegant and effective simplicity

I've done Thinkific and also Kajabi - mighty platforms in their own right but with them comes a whole lot of complexity.

The secret sauce of Traverse is that it provides learning simply - there's no extraneous 'noise'. It's focused on learning.

I have so far used it mostly for condensing information for my own training - which is helping me understand how to build things in the platform (what a great way to learn it!). I am looking forward to releasing courses for purchase soon.

The whole KUMA thing was a real eye opener to me - it really works. Try it out with Traverse and you'll see.

On a side note, I come form Edinburgh, UK, and I remember as a youngster my parents going to the Traverse Theatre - this would be the 1970s. They were excited about it because the Traverse brought new plays in new ways. It is still successful today in the same way. I can't think of a better way to support the name - training delivered in new ways.

I really do like Traverse and highly recommend you have a look.

It doesn't get any better!

There's nothing in the marketplace like this that I've come across! LearnDash is good but this is even better as it incorporates an innovative and proven learning method. The support material is second to none and you'll be able able to have courses up and running in a very short space of time. I could not recommend Traverse.link more highly.

This has me learning and teaching in a new way!

I've been teaching online and in-person for over thirty years. This new way of teaching and the embedded "active recall" quizzes boosts learning and retention. I'm working through my catalog to convert them to this new format.

I know Dom is still working on features and he's open to suggestions. The one suggestion I've made is to make the "explore courses" feature more robust with a thumbnail, a sub-title, and brief description of the benefits of the course to give my sales copy more consistency. I don't know if or when that will happen, but the tech in the platform already has me committed.

Thanks Dom!

Interesting new approach

traverse.link takes an interesting new approach to course creation and learning. I am not sure yet whether this is applicable to the field that I teach, but I assume that it will work very well for fields where there are many micro concepts (such as words in a language).
Viewing it as an LMS, it'S minimalistic nature makes it extremely easy also for beginners.

Superb Tool For Learning Anything

I love to read great books but nothing ever stuck! I then tried writing a short summary of everything I had just read, and I still did not remember what I had learnt. That is because I had not only poor knowledge organisation skills but also memorization skills. This is where this app is handy. How I use this app is to teach what I just learnt, It forces me to think of questions to ask and then create a quiz along with answers. It then uses the method of spaced repetition to help improve my active recall of what I have just learnt. Setting aside a few minutes a day I can improve my retention of things I am learning.

If you are reading to learn something new or build on what you already know This platform can really help aid you in the learning process. Great study companion I will get a lot of use out of.

Great Foundation for an LMS

Traverse.link is what I would classify as a great foundation to start building a course. The mindmaps thing is really cool and the primary reason I bought it but now that I have it, I see a lot of other value in it. I think as features are added and the platform is developed, this is going to end up being a great investment! Plus customer support is great and Dom is awesome. 5 tacos!
