Q: Hello, I stopped using the product for a long time, today I want to insert it into my web page and remember ...

my password and I never get an email. I write and no one responds, I went to their facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/tucalendi) and saw that they never responded to a query I made in 2021. Too bad, no live chat or support.

Could it be that by this means someone responds?

A: Hi Martin,

We have replied to the email you sent three hours ago, also to the Facebook message.

Although we don't have chat, our support is fully operational via email and if you need a live meeting you can request it from our site.

Q: PLEEEEASE for 2.

0 add the ability to force appointments. The only other scheduler that allows this is Acuity. There are times when I want to add an appointment but it's not technically available (want to add an evening appointment or add a quick 30 minute appointment in between appointments). Instead of having to waste time moving apointments, around, changing settings etc. it would be GREAT if I had the option...

Q: HI, quick question.

Using your program can I control the appointment times available beyond what may be showing on my Google Calendar. As an example, if I have blocked off from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on my Google calendar on Friday, August 6th, can I set up TuCalendi to still allow a customer to schedule from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. on August 6th? I am wondering if I can control as opposed to it automatically puling availability from my Google Calendar. Thanks!

A: Hi Sumo-ling,

If I understood you correctly then I have to say that this is not possible. If you block the time in your google calendar from 09:00 am to 05:00pm then all times are disabled and you can't make from 01:00 pm to 02:00 pm available. But this would be an interesting option. I will talk with the team to see if we can realize this possibility.
