A lot of Sumos use that instead of Zoom.
So, with two or more codes, the app checks the multiple user diaries for space and only presents free slots of all users to the Booker as an option?
Is it possible to only include two of the users instead of three who will be asked, if someone is on holiday for example? Can that exclusion be set up at the start when the User constructs the meeting or does the user on vacation have to opt-out?

thank you for your questions:
1. We will take a look into Vectera (at this moment we didn't know Vectera) and we will se what we will do.
2/3. Users and their calendars can be individually assigned to each event. The app checks the calendars selected in the event settings. This means that if a user goes on vacation, you only need to deselect the calendar of that user in the event settings. As soon as he goes back to work, just mark it again.
Users do not need to be opt-out.
