Hello, I stopped using the product for a long time, today I want to insert it into my web page and remember my password and I never get an email. I write and no one responds, I went to their facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/tucalendi) and saw that they never responded to a query I made in 2021. Too bad, no live chat or support. Could it be that by this means someone responds?
PLEEEEASE for 2.0 add the ability to force appointments. The only other scheduler that allows this is Acuity. There are times when I want to add an appointment but it's not technically available (want to add an evening appointment or add a quick 30 minute appointment in between appointments). Instead of having to waste time moving apointments, around, changing settings etc. it would be GREAT if I had the option to force the appointment. In Acuity, a pop up comes up and says, "you are about to schedule an unavailable appointment. Proceed?" (or something like that) and I can click proceed and it's DONE!
For Tucalendi 2.0, will you come back on AS?
HI, quick question. Using your program can I control the appointment times available beyond what may be showing on my Google Calendar. As an example, if I have blocked off from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on my Google calendar on Friday, August 6th, can I set up TuCalendi to still allow a customer to schedule from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. on August 6th? I am wondering if I can control as opposed to it automatically puling availability from my Google Calendar. Thanks!
