- Hello, I stopped using the product for a long time, today I want to insert it into my web page and remember my password and I never get an email. I write and no one responds, I went to their facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/tucalendi) and saw that they never responded to a query I made in 2021. Too bad, no live chat or support. Could it be that by this means someone responds?
- PLEEEEASE for 2.0 add the ability to force appointments. The only other scheduler that allows this is Acuity. There are times when I want to add an appointment but it's not technically available (want to add an evening appointment or add a quick 30 minute appointment in between appointments). Instead of having to waste time moving apointments, around, changing settings etc. it would be GREAT if I had the option to force the appointment. In Acuity, a pop up comes up and says, "you are about to schedule an unavailable appointment. Proceed?" (or something like that) and I can click proceed and it's DONE!
- Do we have the option to change the fonts..so that we can match it to our brand?
- HI, quick question. Using your program can I control the appointment times available beyond what may be showing on my Google Calendar. As an example, if I have blocked off from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on my Google calendar on Friday, August 6th, can I set up TuCalendi to still allow a customer to schedule from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. on August 6th? I am wondering if I can control as opposed to it automatically puling availability from my Google Calendar. Thanks!
