Clean. Simple, But missing a couple things
First off I really like this app. It's polished and has modern features. It's very simple for a customer to book time and to know they have completed the process. (This is the reason I switched because on my previous platform, 2 new clients in the last week were unsure if they had finished the scheduling or not.) Fortunately they had email me and I did not see the appointments on my calendar. Luck.
My complaints or desires:
1. I selected 12 hour clock time but in the calendar scheduling its still showing as military or 24 hour clock time. This confuses people. Confuses me! People in USA are used to 12 hour clock.
2. The calendar is set to MY time zone. I know right off new client will not remember to change the timezone to their time zone. Maybe there is a way around this I am unaware of. If there is please let me know right away. My preference is for you to ask them right after they pick the appointment type in a wizard type set up. A second option it to make that the first step they see when they land on the scheduling page. Right now the toggle is located at the bottom of the page. People will not look there.
3. Would like to see prewritten templates I can choose for reminders and cancellations. Then allow me to modify if I want.
Other than these things, this is a winner in my eyes. Simple. Beautiful looking. Modern features. A VERY good buy.

1. You can set under appearance settings the 12h format as default. This means that the widget open always in 12h format.
2. The wiget detect automatically the time zone of the person who opens the widget. So every customer see his time zone and the hour of his time zone.
3. That's a great idea. I will talk to team to see what we can do
