Mi spiace, ma il servizio per me non funziona e il supporto non ha risposto al mio ticket.
Unfortunately my first negative review on Appsumo.
June 29: Purchase the offer. I create a monitor to test the service and I am waiting for "first check is incoming".
July 2: Still waiting for "first check is incoming", contact support for information and help.
July 5th: Still pending "first check is incoming", no response from support. I read on AppSumo that "Product is now fully functional" so I create a second monitor and keep waiting for "first check is incoming".
July 7: Both monitors are still in the "first check is incoming" phase. No response from support.
I understand the commitments, the unexpected, the launch and growth phase, but the service I paid for has not worked for 9 days and I have been waiting for a response from support for 5 days.
I will ask for a refund and look for an alternative.
