This is an easy to use tool but their monitors (limited to NYC and Boston) themselves go down for some reason. This causes the uptime percentages to drastically lower to the 70s, whereas the websites are up (thankfully) 100%. Because its the monitor itself that goes down (and not the monitored website), I do not get a SMS notification. Such incorrect data collection remains a worry if you are offering outage-related service credits to clients.

Unlike other tools I have tried (such as Screpy), the monitors here do not seem to get intercepted by Cloudflare bot protection layer or by other bot blocking methods deployed on the websites. Since I did not have to create firewall exceptions, I am not sure how to verify whether the monitors are actually working or not.

As for other features such as status pages and custom domains, I will get to these amazing features once I figure out how the core monitor functions and whether the data is reliable.

Overall a good tool, and if the team, fixes the issues related to the monitors, adds more monitor locations, and helps to understand the product by way of better documentation or email support, this should be promising investment.
