Q: Hi - i have bought 3 stacks.
i a m a git noob and have basic programming skills only so i could review/guide my remote dev team.
Please point me to some resources to get started.
I use server management platform (Runcloud and Serveravatar) for hosting my applications. They come with their own back up systems for files on wasabi etc.... In case sth goes wrong and if I NEED to restore the back up for an app with a private repository maintained through vershed on Github premium, can i restore the app.
I was using visual studio code to make basic changes to PHP apps in remote server. Will I still be allowed or not?

Firstly you can get help at this link, https://help.vershd.io/, and by emailing us.
Secondly, Vershd does not change what your server set up is, so if you currently have backups running, that will continue. Vershd just uses the repository via an underlying Git implementation. If you restore a previous version of the repository via your server backups, then Git will use that.
Thirdly, Vershd works independently of whatever IDE (code editor) that you use. It's entirely up to you which to use, and you can continue to do that.
