Glitchy Product with Worst Support
I purchased this product and one more from same company i.e. tuberank during App Sumo Day sale on 15th June 23 with great hopes and expectations.
I generally try the product within 60 days and refund it in time if product does not work for me. But unfortunately this time I missed it try both of these products and I missed to ask for refund also in time. So I agree due to may laziness, these 2 untested products came on my shelf.
But I kept them considering good reviews here on Appsumo. After refund period over, in August last week I started using this product.
First place there was glitch in getting activation email. Team took almost 2 days to get activation mail for the product.
Then I tried to connect facebook, it gave me error. Live chat person could not do anything at all. Just gave the standard answer, our software is facing the problem with facebook and tech support team will resolve it.
I raised support ticket also. Continiously chasing support team from last 2 weeks, still no response from them. Just I am getting confirmation of reading my message, and nothing else.
What kind of product is this and what kind of company is this? Not sure how come so many positive reviews. I am frustrated and disappointed with it.
As the product is not working at all for me and support team is not giving any response from almost 2 weeks now.
Apologies if my tone of this post is harsh, but I totally got frustrated wasting my time in following up with this team to just make my product working. Its unused product still due to glitches.
I politely request this company owner and appsumo team to refund my hard earned money on moral ground.
Also, other Tuberank product I dont want to try even if such support team is behind the product. If possible, refund that also.
I know 60 days period gone, but product not working can be valid reason to get the money back. Right?
