Hi there! I've purchased the backgrounds and tried to upload them into Zoom. However, the animated videos are greyed out so it looks like they aren't supported. Can you please help me troubleshoot?

Zoom supports video files. Try to watch some zoom tutorials on youtube to understand your problem.
