We can use link exanche places only in Header, Footer and Popup? No such things as article links exchange?
I mean footer/header links are a like 2013 SEO thing, kinda outdated now, and articles are that we are paying for nowdays.

No, you can´t! There is no chance of cheating! We monitor the live status of the partner page as well as the follow and index attribution. If want to game the system you are automatically removed from all connected partners! We are enforcing this rule and don´t care about cheaters!
3. Let's say I have that new "partner directory page" created under home/partner-page. This page will link to "some" partner pages depends on the plan.
A: Yes, depends on the plan and the filters you individually set. Every directory is UNIQUE, so we cannot show what you would get in advance.
We are about to add a blacklisting functionality, so you can block any individual listings as you wish.

somehow you don´t understand what this is!
There is NOTHING in the header or footer at all! This is a fully ready-made directory page for WordPress with so far 400 listings/backlinks (filtered down to your requirements!)

So let me clarify how I see this.

And that's it?
Let's even assume that this /partner-page inherits some of DR/TF power from the homepage over time. So I have to split it from here via internal linking? I guess I can't choose on which page I want to receive links?
Soo, If I want to put my website there, let's say agency domain, or whatever, do I need to have a random-looking page in it? Is there any example of how this looks/works?
I struggle to find Crypto Rockstars as a somehow valid and quality example of efficiency since this is basically a random keyword with low volume at top positions, without any competition.
