The prodcut might be good for a single website, but it fails for agencies, I purchased 4 codes based on the description, I can add client listings using the same email, ended up it is not the case, and the owner told me "it is a launguage barrier" accusing me that my english is not good enough, what type of customer service is that? the product missing any documentations and you have to deal with issues by emails, and the emails from the vendor are disconnected with no clear instructions what to do next

I knew exactly this would come as you just did not understand any of the detailed instructions I send to you and kept asking questions (repeatedly) that just showed that you did not understand any of this at all.
The documentation is all there, the things I send are everything you ever need, and the fields all have explanations in help texts. I kept telling you this in many emails over and over again, so to claim this is bad support and that we do not care - just because you do not understand it (because of a language barrier) can hardly be blamed on us :)
Thanks for that awesome review. Surely demonstrates the default mindset of either 1 taco or 5 tacos here on AppSumo.
