I also want to know if there's any possibility you can add an update to make it optional, so that, or to make it a viable option for us to have the text recording that we do also available to see or skim in the app, just so that there's even more trust for folks...

A: Not sure what you mean? users can click to switch from the ai summary to the full transcript :) have you tried that?
To clarify, when someone opens an email I send, I want them to be able to see the transcript in the email, or at least a portion of it. So, what I'm asking for is a snippet of the transcript of the recorded audio to be available in either 1) the email body and/or 2) the HTML snippet seamlessly. Does that make sense? Also, a heads-up: your canary.io or feedback page for vocal appears to be down.
1)I cannot tell if buy selecting a higher tier if I am entitled to use more than one custom domain . Please clarify if there is a limit or it it is unlimited for each tier - .... 2)Explain if i want to use 4 .com domans what the work around is. 3) also explain if sub domains work. Can they be used 4) Google workspace - Can it work in this with different users?

A: one custom domain per account :) why would you want different domains? for different businesses? then you can create different accounts and assign custom domains to each. sub domains can work yes, just like any other custom domain. Google Workspace is also supported :)
Q: Can we have miultiple domains that we set up vocal from?
I have several email addresses & businesses I send emails from. I'd love to be able to send emails from my same CDN instead of Vocals or a central one. Is this feature available or on the roadmap? Ie: 5 custom CDNs, unlimited, etc? Only thing that is keeping me on the fence about getting this deal

We want to embed your voice contact form on a unique project page. When someone submits a voice message, can you webhook us the transcription, sender email, recording URL/ID, timestamp, and a project identifier passed into the form or URL? We need to route each submission into our own database automatically.

Q: Can your system transcribe with timestamp?
That way, I can tell how many minutes was spent talking about something. This is for my time tracking and productivity. Thank you.
