Vocal is amazing for me - a lot of my coaching clients find reading long emails a challenge, plus there's no tone of voice. Now I can send them a reply so they hear me talking and it changes so much about how personal our conversation is. Likewise, I can ask them to send ME a voice note - it makes it much easier if they're just working something out and want to talk it through.
