This is a good product that helps to speed up communications and provide a different way to check in and send emails. It's also huge it can be embedded into emails or other tools we use. There is a mobile site but the only thing I hope to see would be an phone app in the future. I'm not sure if it integrates with other apps like Evernote but that would be great too.
