I was able to get my widget installed on my Wordpress/woocomerce site in no time. The installation process was a breeze - it's just copy and paste. On the second days I tried our the FAQs and forms system and it certainly helps my customers to contact me in a more "guided" manner, which is fantastic, as this is a real time saver. Its definitely staying on my site - 5 tacos!
