Great attitude and communication from the developer. The product does what it says and, in a week or so, they improved a couple of things that I mentioned in the widget.

One of my favorite features, is the video bubble and the welcome video with CTA button. You can add very eye-catching videos to the widget to get the conversation started. Huge. You can combine the three for an amazing effect:

1) A chat bubble that is playing the silent video in a loop (IN CIRCLULAR CHAT-BUBBLE SHAPE) so people want to tap it to see what is being said
2)Your rectangular vertical welcome video with audio plays (not full screen, still in the area where your chat bubble is)
3)A Call To Action Button is overlayed over your welcome video
4)CTA button opens the whatsapp chat or form or however you have it setup the rest of the settings.

Very flexible, tons of options, tons of possibilities. Simple and effective.
