I feel I am qualified to comment on this software/tool because I have tried a good number of WhatsApp solutions for Wordpress( with numerous Whatsapp plugins in the ecosystem), for general applications of WhatsApp and also for various use cases. However, this is well thought through, well designed, no bottlenecks so far, beautiful and simple. In my opinion, the different ways you can use it as far as lead capture and management are concerned will be upto your imagination.
With:
1. integrations and automation tools like Activepieces, Zapier, Pabbly etc, and
2.Embedding anywhere a script is accepted, you will realise the true meaning of Capture and Bring Home.
This simple tool, if correctly and imaginatively deployed will widen your reach.
Whats more, Very few of them go unlimited everything for the price.

I am not sure how long it has been on here but I recently found it and think sumolings need to pay more attention to it. There has to be a way of highlighting true gems with value like this one.. If it was stacking, no doubt I would have stacked to highest / maximum tier.
And I am only using it without need for WhatsApp API for now. It can only get better when I begin to use it with the WhatsAp API, for other use cases.

To conclude: The support is amazing, the developers are active and do care about their product.
