Why, do you plan to extend this? Is it useful just for titles rewriting with this limit

You should switch to using the Content Rewriter v2.
The earlier version (Content Rewriter) is deprecated.

We're looking into it.
That said, Content Rewriter is meant to rewrite your own sentences. It's not meant for large scale rewriting of the internet.
