Q: Hi Jeff, I bought into Shortly early on, then watched it be acquired by Conversion.
ai. This was after they picked up Headlime. I don't think thse are good moves for the niche, or its customers.
So, two questions...
1. How do we know that Wordhero is not going to be sold off, and see development slowed, in essence to get rid of a competitor?
2. A couple of guys began doing tutorials for Shortly, giving commands that would work in getting the best value out of it. Shortly developers didn't do much of that, it was a third party. Do you have a complete list of key commands to use to get the engine to deliver better results?
Thanks.

No business owner in the right mind would ever rule out getting sold off. But this I can assure you - whoever buys WordHero (if it does happen) must honor the LTDs, otherwise there isn't a sale.

I'm not sure what you're referring to. I think they're keyboard shortcuts?

Actually, the commands are sentences, like:
Please write an article about (topic)
Please write an introduction to (topic)
Please give me a list of headline ideas for (topic)
Please create an outline for (topic)
Please write a conclusion to (topic)
Then, there are ways to get the engine to write more, etc.
I just want to know that Wordhero also has prompts and commands to make the writing faster and easier.
Thanks
Hi there
Thanks for the clarification!
If you're referring to those usual use cases like outline and intro, I do think pressing a button is probably faster.
Watch how we use some of these tools in our new editor:
https://help.wordhero.co/article/3-how-to-write-a-1000-word-article-using-the-editor-mode
We might also create keyboard shortcuts in future, to make it even faster.
The problem with having users type in commands as you illustrated is that there is a learning curve, and most users will not be able to utilize it correctly, leading to frustration.
If there's any use case you need, simply drop us an email at support@wordhero.co and we'll be happy to consider including it in a future update.
Cheers
Jeff
