I've used a few tools as well. I just read a message above ( https://appsumo.com/products/illow/questions/illow-team-your-site-has-been-infected-1083225/#1084311 ). They have resolved the issue they have been slacking in responding since they removed chat support. I have started losing confidence in them after getting their 4-tier as well would have expected better service.
I can't even use my insect tool on my site until they resolve the bug.
