You can still edit the generated pages after you've published them. Just edit relevant the page and update it. The search terms and/or locations as well as the content, the URLs, the sitemap, etc. will all be immediately updated.

You cannot edit individually generated urls (pages) though. If you have one or more pages that are ranking very well and you want to edit these individually we recommend creating new (regular) pages for these and add a 301-redirect for these urls. Thise gives you all the freedom you might need to further improve those pages.
