Q: Several users purchased the lifetime Pro plan from the Nimbus website during the Independence Day sale for $249.
This plan included features such as 1 user, 3 workspaces, 1 portal, and 5GB per user. However, the single code of the current Appusmo deal for $79 includes all the aforementioned features plus an additional 50GB storage and branding removal. We can't blame if they feel they wasted $170 for nothing.
I am glad to see that all previous AppSumo (and SaaSMantra) customers will be grandfathered into the new feature limits. However, customers who bought the deal from your website are not updated to the new limit, which should be at least equivalent to a 3-code plan of $237 (5 users, 200 workspaces, 3 client portals, and 200GB storage).
According to the support team, the Independence Day website plan can’t be combined with the Appsumo plan, and there won't be any change to our existing plan compared to the new launch. What I don't understand is that purchases made through the website should receive equal support to any launch made outside of it. However, I can’t see that happening in this situation.
