Q: Unsure if I'm doing something wrong, but the copy being generated isn't great Example (Blog Headlines) ...
Input: how to care for your mental health
Output: How to Care for Your Mental Health
I wasn't able to find a way of accessing support on the website. I'd have liked to have spoken to someone there first to check.
Would love to see some interface improvements - for example, the sentence expander asks for at least 2 sentences, but there is a character limit on the input (100 characters or so?) which makes fitting those sentences in a challenge.
Also a way of better interacting with the long form editor (which is just a built in notepad?) would be awesome. Say for example highlighting some text that you've got in the editor, and running a tool which takes what you've selected as the input. Having clicked outputs go directly across to the editor would be handy as well so that the workflow isn't as interrupted

May 15, 2024A: Hi there, thanks for your questions!
I'm sorry that the specific copy you got wasn't great. Sometimes this happens with GPT-3. We're in the midst of making some changes which will vastly improve your experience:
* Multiple generations per click, so you can pick and choose which outputs you like
* Improvements to all writing tools across the board, including output quality and the type of inputs
We just included a live support chat on the app, so feel free to chat with us if you have questions!
Well noted on your interface suggestions - thank you so much:
* We're aware that some input limits are kind of tight - these are imposed by OpenAI and we're currently working with them to approve the relaxation of those limits. Stay tuned!
* We're also coming up with a video that will better demonstrate how to use the editor, to create blog articles and other longer form copy.
* Yes, we hear you on the UI improvements to make the workflow more efficient! The editor just went live last week, so there's definitely a lot of scope for improvement. I use the editor myself for my own content creation - so I definitely know what you're talking about :) It's definitely doable (and is on our roadmap), BUT our main concern is with OpenAI's approval.
Here's our roadmap and all your suggestions are on our radar: https://trello.com/b/Ogs7MUpa
Thanks again for your invaluable inputs and we're working towards these improvements quickly!
