Q: Why the software telling me that I'm out of credit when it hasn't been used for a month?
I purchased the Tier 2 plan but haven’t used the software at all this month. Now, when I try to access it, I’m being told that I don’t have sufficient credit. This doesn’t make sense, especially since I haven’t used the software. I need this issue resolved as soon as possible! It’s frustrating to have a service I can’t access.
