No Access No Support
I am surprised to see that this product is still being sold. It hasn't worked for a long time. I haven't been able to access it for many months. Support requests are acknowledged and then ignored.

WordHero is still actively maintained ans updated, and is still being used by thousands of users. When access issues come up, they’re usually tied to account-specific problems (wrong password, wrong email, license redunded, etc.).
If you’ve received an acknowledgment but no resolution, that’s on us — and we want to fix it. Please reach out again using the chat widget on our website or email support@wordhero.co and include the email tied to your AppSumo purchase. I’ll make sure our team review and resolve the issue.
