Non-existent support. Don't waste your time.
So we paid extra to upgrade to the Pro+ system 2 weeks ago. However, we have still not been upgraded despite requesting this numerous times. Absolutely unacceptable that they cannot even be bothered to provide support to their customers. We will be be filing a chargeback through our credit card company and reporting to Appsumo. Don't waste your time with these amateurs.
