I bought three codes and redeemed them. Nevertheless, every time I want to log in, I see the message "Your subscription has ended". I've sent a request for help twice, but I've received no response. Even more, last time (today, i.e. on Friday) I saw another communication: 'Back on Monday'. Therefore, my second question is: What does 'Back on Monday' mean? Am I supposed to wait almost three days just to be able to use a programme that I have already paid for?
Fortunately, with AppSumo's support, the problem was solved quickly, so I didn't have to wait until Monday. I was able to log in without any problems and can now explore its capabilities at my leisure. Thank you.
