Too early and product is not complete

I understand that the plugin is not complete and needs improvements, bug fixes and more. I am giving this a 4 tacos only for the price - otherwise, the plugin is not at all helpful for me as a WordPress Agency offering all kinds of WordPress services.

They have told you about the PROs - so I will talk about the cons.

1. Uptime monitoring - As a max stacker of Betteruptime, Hexowatch - I find this not at all that great. I get much better reports and 30s intervals in other tools. This is the only feature that you want to consider that is somewhat complete otherwise rest of the features are not complete and there are free plugins that can do a better job than this

2. PHP Error Logs - I installed and it took some time to identify the errors on the site, and query monitor which is a free plugin straight away gave me all PHP errors and slow queries immediately after install. In fact, this plugin tool hours to identify small issues and strangely one or two issues are not even listed on this plugin.

3. Client Reporting - This has issues, the reports are not complete, even though the uptime is 100%, the report says 0% instead of 100%

Free Plugins from Godaddy (Manage WP0 can give a better report than this one.
Reporting doesn't have white labelling options, as this is a must for any agency.

4. WordPress Health Check - this is becoming useless as WordPress is improving its security with every version, all these checks are no becoming a standard for any WP website and they are integrating all these under TOOLS > SITE HEALTH - so this is not a feature that we can consider.

Other issues:

1. https://share.getcloudapp.com/ApuR46x7 - in this screenshot it says custom Appsumo, clearly, this has to go - I don't want my clients to know what I paid for this and from where I bought this.
2. Multiple Monitoring options for page changes would help too. At the moment its only one monitoring cant add a new page or additional pages for monitoring.
3. Better client reporting - including uptime stats and more.

Would like to know your upcoming features - publish a public roadmap.

Here are some elements of answers.

We indeed are at an early stage but so many agencies are already using the product and are happy about it! Your feedback is tough, but much appreciated! ๐Ÿ™‚

we think that a one-minute interval frequency is a right balance to mitigate the cost of downtime without spamming servers. Iโ€™m sorry that this doesnโ€™t fit your needs. If more people ask about this, we will consider lowering the frequency to 30seconds but you are the first person who has asked for this so far! โฐ

About the PHP Error Logs, it took time because we are a live monitoring solution. We notify you about PHP errors when they happen after you installed the product. We don't scan (yet) the ones that were already existing before the plugin installation. WP Umbrella is a monitoring solution, not a scanning solution! ๐Ÿ™‚

About the client report, itโ€™s necessary to use the service for at least 24h to generate one. Try again tomorrow, it will work! ๐Ÿ™‚
